The house is in two parts, the main house is composed on the ground floor of a large bright living room with kitchen area and its central island, a lounge area all with large windows overlooking the terrace, the garden and swimming pool 8m x 4m secured by a shutter. A bathroom with shower and bathtub, a separate toilet and a laundry room with washing machine and dryer. On the floor, 3 rooms and w.c.

An independent outbuilding, accessible from the outside with an equipped kitchen, a sitting area with sofa convertible into 2 single beds, and a dining area. Then, a room with a double bed and its private bathroom. Air-conditioned dependency. You enter the property through an electric gate (remote control), and parking to park several cars safely. You arrive by the house through the garden with a lawn very well maintained, on the right the pool 8m X 4m secured (with a shower) by an electric shutter. Pleasant garden on several levels with amenities, garden lounge, outdoor furniture, sunbathing, tables, chairs, ping-pong.

We reach the floor by a beautiful staircase, upstairs all rooms, and w.c .. The rooms are very nice and spacious all with a large window, very bright. A first spacious room with a double bed in 160 cm, as well as a TV, a large closet-wardrobe, an office; conditioned. A second bedroom with a double bed 160 cm. Finally, a third room for children, teens with a single trundle bed, a large closet, and access to a private terrace (floor to ceiling windows).

To access the outbuilding, you go through natural stairs dug by the rocks. This outbuilding has a wooden deck installed in the rock, a beautiful view of the plain of St Restitut. You enter the outbuilding by the kitchen, very well equipped with plate, oven, microwave, dishes ... Then, a sofa convertible into 2 single beds in the living room. It's a very nice, bright room. In the background, a dining area with a table for 4 to 6 people. This dependence is air conditioned. Then, a room with a double bed 160 cm with plenty of storage and closet located in front of a window, air-conditioned. A private bathroom accessible by the bedroom with a sink and a shower and separate toilet. The outbuilding is also equipped with a washing machine and a tumble dryer.
