About this Holiday rental
Beautiful ski-in/ski-out chalet in Oz-en-Oisans ski resort, in the heart of the Alpe d'Huez Grandes Rousses ski area. Located 100m from the Alpette Gondola, you have access to the entire Alpe d'Huez ski area (250km of runs).
Built in 2009, the property is spread over 4 levels (280m2, land area of 600m2). There are 6 bedrooms each with an ensuite bathroom. There are 3 bedrooms with queen size beds (160cm); 1 room with a queen size bed & 1 twin bed; 1 room with 2 twin beds; and 1 room with a bunk bed and 2 twin beds. Sleeps 15 people. A baby travel bed & high chair are available upon request.
The chalet has an open American style kitchen, dining room & living room, and a patio terrace off the main floor. The chalet is also equipped with a sauna, hot tub, games room with a 2nd TV and ping pong table, heated ski room (with ski boot heater) and laundry room. A two-car garage is available for tenants & the driveway can accommodate 3 cars.
The chalet is located 50m from the acro-branche tree-top park and one of the municipal tennis courts. The chalet is a short walk or ski to the Alpette gondola and ESF ski school. Summer & winter alike, there are lots of activities for all ages!
Included in the rental pricing: bed, bath & kitchen linens, cleaning & maintenance for the sauna & jacuzzi (we clean it & change the water with each new tenant), wifi and cleaning at the end of your holiday.
The chalet is non-smoking and we do not accept pets of any sort.
