About this Holiday rental
Nathalie and David are pleased to welcome you in GITE "LES TERRASSES" Labeled 3 keys by Clévacances.
The cottage occupies two floors of a typical chalet of the Vercors plateau. Completely renovated in 2016, we had to decorate the heart with care, and equip completely, to make you spend an unforgettable stay.
The cottage is located:
- 700m from the heart of Villard de Lans, animated in any season
- 300m shuttles that take you in 5 min to the slopes (ski back to live at the cottage)
- from hiking trails.
In a 135m² surface, it consists of two levels:
*First level :
- Hall with Door coats and shoes lockers
- WC
- 45sqm living room
- Terrace 30m², south exposure
- Fully equipped kitchen
- Room 2 people, 1 double bed and a shower and sink
- Room 2 persons, 1 double room with shower and sink
Open mezzanine with a convertible sofa for 2 persons

Bathroom with 2 sinks, 1 toilet and a shower
The linen is provided:
- towels: bath towel and a towel per person
- Linen: The beds have duvets and are made upon arrival
- linen and kitchen towels.

- In the kitchen: dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, pyrolysis oven, ceramic hob, Senseo - coffee 12 people, toaster, kettle, beer tap, multifunction robot, blender, raclette / grill appliances.
- For younger: 1 + cot mattress, 1 highchair, bath, a chamber pot, a booster and a necessary food plastic.
- TV, CD PLAYER, WIFI and CANALSAT.
- washing machine, dryer, ironing board, iron, hairdryer
- Outside: garden furniture for 12 people, fire pit (outdoor fireplace / barbecue), plancha (summer), ski and MTB locker (the summer) with carwash

There are three parking spaces under cover.
PRICES :
ONLY weekly rentals during school holidays, from Saturday to Saturday 17h 11h.
During school, possibility to rent in short stays (contact us).
Housekeeping is included in the rental price.

Villard de Lans is an authentic and lively resort. Located 30 minutes from Grenoble, in the Vercors plateau, it offers a ski area of 125km of pistes on nearly 1000m between fir trees and pines.
RDV skiers and Snowboarders, it offers an equally broad field of Nordic skiing.
The city also has many facilities including a skating rink, a bowling alley, a cinema, a casino, an indoor / outdoor aquatic center, floodlit toboggan tracks the night clubs, restaurants, bars, a golf course ... among others.
Traders are open 7 days / 7 and offer local products and a local market on Wednesday and Sunday.
Summer is the paradise for sports: mountain biking, hiking, canyoning, caving, climbing ... all mountain sports are at your fingertips

La décoration est extra, aucun détail n'est négligé. Il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour se sentir bien et faire la cuisine pour plusieurs.

Un superbe gite, décoré avec beaucoup de goût et très bien équipé. Les propriétaires sont charmants et on se sent à la maison!
