Le Zénith - Chalet facing the ski slopes of the charming Albiez Montrond Savoie resort

Le Zénith is a semi-detached chalet, for 12-14 people on 3 levels – 250m2, with large spacious and bright rooms with views of the mountains and facing the ski slopes

It benefits from a very beautiful view of the mountains, and access to the snow front, departure for ESF lessons, kindergarten and Mollard lifts, 5m from the chalet. The shops of Thé lait ski, Sherpa (grocery store), sport 2000 and ski set are within a radius of 10m from the chalet. If you wish you don't need your car during your stay, moreover there is a free shuttle bus in the village.

In summer it is 100m from the lake, the equestrian center and at the start of many walks.

It contains :

On the ground floor

- A full-length entrance,

- A separate toilet,

- A laundry room with cupboard, sink, washing machine, dryer.

- A large closet in the entrance

- A fully equipped kitchen: fridge/freezer, traditional oven and microwave, dishwasher, gas hob, family coffee maker and Nespresso, toaster, kettle, mixer, raclette and fondue sets. With large table, chairs and benches, many storage cupboards. From the kitchen there is direct access to a terrace on the EAST side, facing the slopes and mountains.

- A large living room with flat screen TV, internet connection, a wood stove, and access to a terrace with tables, chairs, parasol, BBQ, outdoor sofa (except winter), south, south-west exposure, view of the Aiguilles d'Arves and the Standard Glacier. Access also to the garden and lawn.

- A bedroom with a large 160x200 bed, wardrobe, bedside tables and lamps, access to the terrace.

- Adjoining a shower room, wc and sink.

At the second level

- A bedroom with 3 beds of 90 x 190, a large built-in cupboard, bedside tables and lamps. access to a balcony, view of the Arves needles.

- A bedroom with a large 160x200 bed, wardrobes, bedside tables and lamps. access to 2 balconies, view of the Aiguilles d'Arves and the slopes, and Mont Emy.

- A bedroom with a large 160x200 bed, built-in cupboard, bedside tables and lamps. access to a balcony, view of the slopes and Mont Emy.

- A large bathroom with bath, shower, two sinks.

- A separate WC.

At the third level

- A mezzanine bedroom with a 160x200 box bed, a wardrobe, bedside lamps.

- A bedroom with a 160x200 box bed, and a 90x190 bed, a wardrobe, bedside lamps. Hands view window. and a showeroom with a shower, bassin and toilets.

For your comfort, the bedding is composed of duvets, pillows, sheets.
