About this Holiday rental
This holiday home, renovated in 2020 by the owners, is located near the family seaside resort. It offers both a real green setting thanks to its 1500m2 of land and a breath of sea air. Indeed, the beach of Gouville sur mer and its famous cabins are only 1. 2 kilometers away.
On the ground floor, you will find a large living room with sitting area (large TV, telephone, wifi / fiber), large dining room table, a fitted kitchen (oven, induction hobs, dishwasher, fridge with freezer box. . . ) and separate toilets.
Also on the ground floor, a large bedroom with a bed of 160 and its attached bathroom (Italian shower)
washing machine.
On the first floor, 2 bedrooms with a bed of 140 and a last bedroom with a bed of 140 and two bunk beds of 90. A large bathroom with toilet completes the room of the floor.
Outside, a large enclosed courtyard and a terrace area facing south (garden furniture, barbecue) on the front and a lawn on the back of the house. In the summer a gazebo allows you to have a quiet lunch in the shade. 2 electric bikes are at your disposal for shopping nearby (shops at 1km)

Tout est pensé pour se sentir comme à la maison. 'L'accueil chaleureux des propriétaires et leurs marques d'attention. Le confort et l'équipement des lieux est parfait. Lits confortables, 2 sdb et 2 WC, cuisine bien équipée .Grand jardin pour les enfants et terrasse abritée pour se retrouver en famille. Proximité des commerces, de la mer. Séjour idéal en famille.

La maison est super bien équipée avec 2 salles de bain et 2 wc ce qui est appréciable quand on est nombreux. Pour la sécurité des enfants le terrain est clos. La mer est à 1km2, et le trajet se fait facilement à pied.
Gîte refait à neuf avec tout le confort nécessaire, le terrain est clos. Accueil très chaleureux des sympathiques propriétaires.

Merci à Jocelyne et Jean-Pierre pour leur accueil chaleureux et les petites attentions (cidre maison, confitures...). Nous conseillons ce gîte sans problème.
Tout a été parfait, même la météo qui fut ensoleillée toute la semaine en cette mi-mai 2023.
Gîte très bien équipé, propre, spacieux, très calme, literie confortable, grand terrain, très bien placé pour visiter les environs.

Maison très bien équipée, propre et environnement calme. Accès à la plage en 15 minutes à pieds. Grand terrain derrière pour jouet avec les enfants.
