You'll find 4 bedrooms, a beautiful living room and a large sitting room for the whole family. You will have access to the entire house.

The house is located just a few hundred metres from Lac de Léon, where you'll find a range of activities for all the family, with swimming ideal for the little ones. Beaches, lake/ocean swimming, surfing, canoeing, paddle-boarding, windsurfing, pedal-boating, cycle paths, walks, Huchet stream nature reserve, accrobranche, ....

Nearest beaches (accessible via cycle paths): Moliets 8 km; Plage de la Lette blanche 10 km.

Numerous restaurants in and around the village, cinema, media library, medical centre, carrefour market, organic shop and bakery, etc. Bike hire and surf lessons available in the village.

Safety gate for children at the bottom of the stairs. Kitchen open to dining room with 1 fridge + freezer above, 1 dishwasher, 1 oven, 1 microwave oven, 1 gas hob with 3 burners + 1 electric hob. Sufficient crockery and cutlery for 12 people. Dining/living room: 1 wooden table with 8 chairs (can be extended to seat 10), Living room: 1 4-seater sofa, Television and wifi internet access.
