Discover our charming villa for 6 people located in Le Rouget-Pers, near the picturesque Lake of Saint-Étienne-Cantalès and the historic capital of the umbrella, Aurillac. Ideal for an unforgettable vacation, this spacious 120 m2 residence offers all the comfort necessary for a peaceful stay.

The villa consists of 3 large bedrooms, each equipped with comfortable beds (2 140 cm beds and 1 160 cm bed), which can accommodate up to 6 people. Take advantage of the calm and green environment without being overlooked, while being close to several shops.

The warm interior invites you to cozy moments by the fireplace in winter, while spring and summer days can be enjoyed in the superb garden. Relax on the deckchairs, enjoy an Auvergne barbecue, and end the day under the covered terrace.

The villa is equipped for families with babies, however, pets are not allowed.

Also take advantage of the large enclosed garage to park your vehicle safely, as well as the leisure facilities available to explore the surrounding area, including Saint-Céré, Marcolès, and the natural megaliths of Faulat.

If the heat becomes intense, go to the Rouget swimming pool, equipped with a large pool, a paddling pool and water games, or head to Lake Saint-Etienne-Cantalès, a true paradise for water sports enthusiasts. For those who wish to stretch their legs after a hearty meal, the banks of this majestic body of water mark the start of the Fraulières trail, notably offering a view of the Ribeyres viaduct.


In Sansac-de-Marmiesse, some of our guests prefer to perfect their swing on an enchanting course, widely recognized by golf enthusiasts in Auvergne. Finally, for thrill-seekers, we recommend a karting session in Pers, an activity that will also appeal to adrenaline lovers.
