Take advantage of the small beaches of Lanmodez, offering you a breathtaking view of the Trieux estuary and the Bréhat archipelago. At the edge of Coalen beach, observe the remains of a dolmen. On the village side, visit the parish church of Saint-Maudez, a building built in schist and granite dating from the 18th century.
On the ground floor you have a large living room of 55m² with living area (with television) / kitchen area (with everything you need including coffee maker, microwave, combination-freezer, dishwasher...) ; as well as a beautiful veranda overlooking the park-garden.
