On the ground floor: a bedroom with 1 140 cm bed - a large bright living room with board games and books available - television - an equipped kitchen overlooking the garden with a terrace not overlooked - a bathroom and separate toilet.
Upstairs: a bedroom with 1 140 cm bed and a bedroom with 2 90 cm beds - a bathroom (sink).
Large enclosed garden for children's safety - terrace with garden table and chairs - deckchairs - outdoor games for young children.
Large garage with washing machine where you can store your equipment safely (bicycle, surf) and private parking space.
On request and free of charge: baby chair - booster seat - travel cot - stroller - bathtub - changing mat - baby cutlery - safety gate for stairs.
Pets are not allowed and the house is non-smoking.
Beds will be made upon your arrival.
We do not provide towels, only at an additional cost of 8 euros/person.
Tea towels provided. Cleaning products, laundry detergent and dishwasher products are provided.
Internet access is offered.
Optional cleaning 80 euros. Optional towels: 8 euros per person.
We provide you with a mountain bike and a VTC for adults (deposit check required, helmet not provided).
For electric vehicles: Possibility of charging from a domestic socket and payment of consumption at the end of your stay according to Linky meter or electric charging stations in the Louannec town hall car park (500 m from the house).
