Welcome to Le Courtil gîte, set in the heart of the countryside in Combourg.
Whether you're one or 6, you'll be staying in a charming farmhouse successfully renovated by Marie-Pierre and her husband. You'll have plenty of time to relax in the 100m² of accommodation, with 3 flower-filled terraces and a large landscaped garden. The spaciousness of the rooms, the choice of natural, healthy materials, the comfort of the equipment chosen, the careful decoration in an elegant country style, not forgetting the sincere, warm welcome, will ensure you have an excellent stay.

Set in the peace and quiet of a hamlet, you're just a 5-minute drive from the centre of Combourg, with its château and shops. Numerous tourist attractions are within an hour's reach by train (TER) or car: Dinan, Dol-de-Bretagne, Saint-Malo, Rennes and Mont Saint-Michel.

The house sleeps 1 to 6 people:

• By day

- A large, light-filled living room on one level, with a sitting area and a sitting area with TV and a wood-burning stove.
- An independent, fully-equipped kitchen in the conservatory, with a dining table. Direct access to one of the 3 terraces.
- A relaxation area upstairs with armchairs, books and TV.

• For the night

- 1 separate bedroom for 2 people on the ground floor (bed 160x200 cm) with storage, shower and washbasin.
- 1 separate bedroom for 2 people on the ground floor (2 beds 90 x 190 cm) with storage, shower and washbasin.
- 1 bedroom on the mezzanine floor for 2 to 3 people (1 bed 160 x 200 cm and 1 bed 90 x 190 cm), with storage and relaxation area. Communicating shower room with WC.
