About this Holiday rental
New independent studio of 24 m2, quiet in a green setting with magnificent view of the 2 hectare park, 2 km from Pesmes, classified among the most beautiful villages in France, where you will find all the local shops. Studio for 2 people, consisting of an open living room, a large bay window with a view of the park, magnificent landscape all year round and sunset in summer.
Your studio can only be booked online on weekends.
However, do not hesitate to contact us by email or telephone for any reservation requests during the week.
Our animal friends are accepted on request. However, the land is not yet fenced, please keep them on a leash, because animals walk in the park: deer, fox, pheasant, coypu… We ourselves have a dog and a cat. Terrace to come and fence for the studio garden.
Please respect the premises. A deposit of €300 is required on site by check.
We are discreet, but there if necessary.
