The house has an open space of 40m2 with a living room, a lounge and a fully equipped kitchen.
You can also enjoy a mezzanine with a first night space (1 bed of 140 cm) with its dressing room. Then separated by a sliding door a second bedroom (2 beds of 90 cm).
A reading / game area (TV with PS3 games -console not supplied- and board games) is also at your disposal.
The house has a closed courtyard of 50 m2: wooden terrace and artificial lawn, its garden furniture as well as a parasol, an external tap for a return of beach, Weber barbecue, trunk with beach games as well as 4 chiliennes.
Good to know:
-For the bedding, eco-responsible disposable comfort mattress covers for the 2 single mattresses 90x200 and 1 double 140x200 as well as for the 4 pillows 60x60 are available for each stay.
-Bring your own sheets and comforter covers (3 comforters 240x200) as well as your house and bath line
-Cleaning option will be possible to book
Be aware :
-Possibility of loan of 4 bikes: 2 adults + 2 teenagers (26 and 27′) + 1 trailer
For bicycles, bring your helmets and retro-reflective vests (!)
-No life or safety equipment for babies/children are available (no barrier for the stairs for example)
-Our friends the animals, even pets, are not allowed
-No smoking house

Visite du phare, front de mer à saint trot jean très agréable, parc animalier miocastors super pour les enfants, port des salines, huîtres très bonnes
Un peu de pluie durant le séjour
Très bon séjour de 4 nuits maison agréable pour une famille de 4 : 2 adultes et 2 enfants. Jeux de societe à disposition, vélos supers.

la rénovation est faite avec goût, l'environnement est très reposant, l'espace extérieur très très agréable. Léquipement pour la literie, la cuisine, sont parfaits.
la maison est très bien rénovée, fonctionnelle, jolie, et très bien placée. l'équipement est très complet, les vélos sont les bienvenus.
