Charente stone longère recently renovated, 180 m2 habitable, comfortable and bright on a plot of 4000 m2 fenced and wooded, with outdoor pool (10x5m) buried and heated, fenced. (Real safety for children requires the constant and attentive presence of adults.)

At disposal, board games, books in french, 2 adult bikes & 2 children's bikes.
Ground floor: separate toilet and bedroom (160cm bed) with en-suite shower room and private terrace suitable for people with reduced mobility.
Floor: 3 bedrooms (160cm beds, 140 cm, 2x90cm), separate toilet, 1 bathroom with shower and bath, 1 shower room and washing machine.
Sheets towels are not provided. Mattress and pillow covers replaced between each rental.
