Welcome to our family villa of 135m2 (6 rooms) located in the heart of the Parc du Verdon!
Traditional Provençal style and in a quiet environment, enjoy the relaxing view of the 1860m² garden beautifully planted with century-old olive trees.
15 min from Lake Sainte-Croix and the Gorges du Verdon, 5 min from all amenities and 1h15 from Aix TGV station or the sea.
On one level, you have comfort and quality for 10 people with 4 double beds and 2 single beds (5 bedrooms), garden, veranda, swimming pool and pool house.
You will have 6 rooms including :
- a beautiful bright living room with exposed beams, French windows, fireplace and TV with DVD player;
- a fully equipped closed kitchen with its large dining table and its laundry room with washing machine and IR sauna for 2 people;
- 5 bedrooms (3 with double beds including 2 of 10 and 12m2 and 1 attic; 1 with sofa bed; 1 with bunk bed for 3 individual beds) and an eighth bed via the sofa bed in the living room;
- 3 bathrooms with bath, shower;
- 4 toilets (including two independent);
- a veranda with a view of the superb estate, large dining table and another TV corner;
- a tiled swimming pool and its equipped pool house (barbecue, deckchairs, dining table, sink, WC, ping pong table, etc.)
The ideal location allows easy access to various typical Provençal villages and their markets (including Régusse, which also has a large supermarket 5 minutes away) and multiple outdoor activities (walks, hikes, equestrian center, educational farm, activities nautical...).
With its calm environment, the rental of our villa is intended for people who respect the place, looking for a vacation that is both entertaining and relaxing (for the respect of the neighborhood: parties prohibited; noise limitation after 10 p.m. and music prohibited in the pool house in the evening).
