In the heart of the Alps, under the benevolent gaze of Mont Blanc, our apartment with a capacity of 6 people, benefits from an exceptional environment, offering a unique panorama of the Mont Blanc range, the Aravis, the Fiz.
It is located in Passy, on the hillsides in the hamlet of Bay at 1050m above sea level on the ground floor of our chalet.
Comfortable and independent, it includes:
a living room with an equipped kitchen, a dining area opening onto an outdoor terrace with a breathtaking view of Mont Blanc, a lounge,
2 bedrooms with a 140/190 bed and a 90/190 bed and the other with 2 90/190 beds or pushed together for a 180/190 bed,
2 bathrooms with shower and sink and one with toilet

Depending on the season, you will benefit from:
Winter: Plaine Joux station 15 minutes by car, Saint Gervais-Chamonix station 25 minutes by car

Summer: Multitudes of hiking and mountain biking trails from the apartment
Paragliding departure from Plaine Joux, 15 minutes by car
Via Ferrata to the Assy plateau 10 minutes by car
Lake Passy, Lake Illettes, 15 minutes by car
Chamonix 25 minutes by car
If you do not take out insurance (Cancellation - Resort Civil Liability - Damage to property), a deposit of 500 euros by online payment (swickly) will be requested before arrival. This will be given back to you during the inventory of fixtures upon your departure.
