In winter as in fine weather, this wooden chalet of 120 m² can comfortably accommodate 12 people. It is located in the Alagnon valley, a picturesque valley in the heart of the Monts du Cantal.


Ideal for getting together with family or friends, it has all the facilities for a comfortable stay. A garden, a wellness area and the river just a stone's throw away: tempting, isn't it?


A large, comfortable chalet for an unforgettable holiday


This chalet, labeled 4 Clévacances keys, offers high quality services. Everything has been thought out so that you don't miss anything during your stay.


Prepare delicious meals in the fully equipped kitchen on the ground floor. This top-of-the-line equipment will make it easier to organize your meals.


The American kitchen opens onto a comfortable living room, where in winter you will enjoy gathering around the fireplace. A convertible sofa offers 2 additional beds.


The cottage has 5 bedrooms, 2 of which are on the ground floor. Sheets are not provided, they are offered as additional services. If you come with a baby, a kit (cot, bath, high chair, changing table) will be made available to you.


The chalet has 2 bathrooms with good-sized showers. A washing machine and a dryer are installed in a separate laundry room.


The rental offers free wifi access, a flat screen, hi-fi equipment and a games area with console.


To take advantage of the summer mildness, the chalet has an outdoor wooden terrace with a view of the forest and the Château du Jarrousset. Games for children and a barbecue are available in the garden.


Pets are accepted. However, it is requested to inform the owner at the time of booking.


Fly fishing enthusiasts will be delighted since the rental offers direct access to the Alagnon River, renowned for its wild grayling.

In an annex outbuilding, you will have a wellness area, reserved for your use.


The indoor pool is heated, for your comfort the water is at 28°. The pool is 9.5 x 3.9 meters and has a constant depth of 1.50 meters. You can install your deckchair on one of the terraces inside or outside.


The spa is the ideal way to give yourself a moment of well-being. Nothing like a pool of hot water at 35° to relax. You can be massaged by the water jets either in a seated position (5 places) or lying down (1 place).


The sauna is installed in a small closed wooden room, adjoining the swimming pool. Did you know ? The dry heat of the sauna is known for its anti-stress properties. This service is not included in the rental, it is offered as an option (paid).


The wellness area is equipped with an elliptical trainer and a bathroom with toilet.
Access to this space is secured by a digicode. It is open from 9:30 a.m. to 10:30 p.m.


Outdoor activities in the heart of the Monts du Cantal


The cottage is located in La Chapelle d'Alagnon, in the Auvergne Volcanoes Regional Natural Park. During your stay, you can compose an itinerary combining nature, history and gastronomy!


In winter, the resort of Lioran, 10 minutes by car, welcomes you to its ski area.
You can ski, snowshoe, sledge, go to the ice rink...


In summer, the resort turns into a playground for hikers, trail runners and mountain bikers. Many other outdoor activities await you to discover the mountain in summer.


Don't miss the highest point in the department: the Plomb du Cantal at 1,855 meters above sea level! It is accessible on foot or by cable car.


Heritage lovers will set off to discover the medieval town of Murat. Then continue to Massiac to visit the Sainte-Madeleine chapel and the rocky outcrop of Saint Victor.


After a walk on the fishing lake, you can continue your way to the waterfalls of Veyrines, Cheylat or even Chambeuil!
