In a charming village in the heart of hilly Northern Burgundy, 26 kms south of Clamecy, 20mns from the Natural Regional Park of the Morvan, 1 hour from Vezelay and the Pouilly and Sancerre vineyards, comfortable and bright, semi-attached, renovated small farmhouse. A very calm and cozy spot for family holidays, offering the opportunity to enjoy nature and activities such as hiking, bicycling, water sports and fishing as well as discovering a rich touristic and cultural heritage.
Ground floor : spacious living room/dining room, kitchenette with new, updated appliances, open fireplace, a wood stove in winter, television, DVD player, internet connection, stereo (radio, CD, USB, MP3, ipod). Hall with laundry facilities.
1st floor: 1 bedroom with double bed, 1 bedroom with 2 twin beds, bathroom and toilet, large landing with a small sofa bed. Electric heating in all rooms. Baby equipment : crib, high chair, bath tub, playpen. Terrasse, BBQ. Fenced-in garden with trees & flowers.

l'espace, la vue côté jardin, celle côté cour, tout est charmant, les arbres, la barque, les terrasses, et la compagnie souriant et bienveillante des hôtes, les balades à pieds depuis la maison, la proximité du bourg ... le rêve pour se reconstituer

charmant, apaisant, je me suis sentie d'emblée chez moi
le petit chat, les jouets et jeux pour les enfants, les vélos, le calme, le joli village et ses mures, les échanges avec Françoise et Dominique, les légumes du jardin
Tout était super, mais il faut savoir que le village est un peu isolé
Jolie maison très lumineuse, très bien équipée, belle terrasse, beau jardin. Françoise et Dominique sont aux petits soins mais discrets.

Hôtesse très charmante, fleurs et panier de légumes du jardin comme accueil, grande maison avec cour et terrasse + parking.
Location calme et bien amménagée, Les propriétaire Françoise et Dominique sont acceuillants, disponibles tout en étant discrèts
Maison agréable et fonctionnelle, très bon état de la litterie. Une terrasse et jardin à disposition. un accueil chaleureux et amical.
