Description

The Gîte du Perthuis in Clamecy is ideally located: on the banks of the Canal du Nivernais and the River Yonne, at the foot of the towpath and the marina, just a stone's throw from the old medieval town, the Romain Rolland museum and the town centre (all shops). Close to the Yonne department, you can also take advantage of tourist sites such as: Vézelay, Guédelon ... This detached house, which has been completely refurbished, has a living/dining room on the ground floor, a fully-equipped kitchen (dishwasher, freezer, etc.), separate WC, upstairs a bedroom with double bed (160x200) opening onto a terrace, a bedroom with bunk beds (90x200) and 1 bed (90x190), a bathroom, and downstairs a room (with washing machine) for storing bicycles (the Véloroute passes at the foot of the gîte).
