Seasonal rental in the heart of the Gers department. Holiday cottage for 2 to 4 persons completely renovated with a pool overhanging the beautiful Saint-Laurent’s lake. There is a large living room (kitchen area with a central island and a table for meals + a lounge area with a convertible sofa) and a terrace with a view on the lake and on the Pyrenees. Then, you will find an independent bedroom with an adjacent dressing and the bathroom (walk-in shower). Nearby the house there is a beautiful swimming pool. Just a few minutes from the village of Bassoues. 15 to 20-minute drive from Marciac, which is famous internationally known village for its Jazz festival: Jazz in Marciac and from Vic Fezensac, which is a famous city for its Salsa festival: Tempo Latino. Also, there is the capital city of the department, Auch, within a 45-minute drive.
