At 15 minutes of the town centre of Angers and at 10' of its historical district single storey house arranged for 2 people in a calm residential district closed to the hospital and universities. Notre gîte de 40 m2 est complètement équipé. Il dispose d'une cuisine équipée, de plaques de cuisson en vitrocéramique, d'un grand réfrigérateur avec congélateur, d'un four et d'un micro-ondes. Il y a également un grille pain, une bouilloire, une cafetière,... Le coin séjour/salon dispose d'une table en bois et de chaises, de 2 fauteuils, d'une table basse, d'une tv à écran plat, d'un radio, d'une enceinte,... La chambre dispose de deux lits de 90 cm/190 qui sont faits pour se transformer en un grand lit. Les lits sont faits à votre arrivée. La salle d'eau dispose d'un WC et d'une douche, ainsi que d'un lavabo et de rangements.
