We offer our family gîte for rent all year round. This 17th century twilight farmhouse offers comfortable accommodation for up to 5 people. The property is surrounded by apricot, cherry, lime, olive and vine trees. This 120 m² house is composed of an entrance hall, a kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, fridge, freezer, oven, cooker,... ), a large living room giving access to a covered terrace, a dining room, a lounge (TV, DVD player, + some DVDs), a mezzanine with a library + 1 single bed, a bedroom with twin beds, a bedroom with a double king size bed, a sofa bed in the lounge, a sofa bed in the entrance hall, a night hall, a separate toilet/WC, a large bathroom (bath, shower, 2 sinks, baby changing facilities), central heating, outdoor grill, shaded lawn, large wooded area, bowling green (boules available). We offer FREE of charge and totally included in the basic price: - WIFI - Linen (sheets, covers, pillowcases, blankets, towels) - Electricity - Heating - Tourist tax (1.5€/day/person) - !! All the necessary for baby: pram, fixed cage bed, playpen, chair, changing cushion, bathtub, backpack for walks,... - Parking for 4 cars Please bring your beach towels The cleaning of the gite can be done by you or by cleaning staff for a fixed price of 100 euro. Dog ? : 30 euro per week The gîte also has a swimming pool of 13 m by 6 m with access by steps, one side of which is 80 cm deep (ideal for children) and then a drop down to 2.5 m for the inveterate divers. It is cleaned daily. Access is shared with the owner (a schedule is adapted to preserve your privacy) Please note that the location of the gîte is ideal: 1 km from the village, little road,... The cleaning can be done by the tenant or by the owner for 120 €.
