La Ferme d'Ollon is Gilbert's family stone farm where he and his wife Chantal have created two independent gîtes. Bénivay-Ollon is a village of 64 inhabitants, with its town hall, its church and the perched chapel of St Jean d'Ollon dating from the 7th century. The gîtes are 1 km from the village, in a peaceful natural setting.
