Gite 18 km from Epernay, 10 km from Dormans 35 km of Reims, the Champagne Tourist Route, a wine village in the Marne Valley. Detached house with yard in the village and 100 meters from the statue of Urban II site. Ground floor : kitchen and living room. Upstairs 1 bedroom 2 beds 1 p, 1 room 3 beds 1 p, bathroom, WC. Beds made on arrival. Towels and linen provided. Cleaning products supplied. Poss . cleaning fee €40. WIFI. All charges included. Welcome flute. Caution 300€. Possibility of renting the month 1200 € charges included.

🚗 By car From Paris (about 1h30 - 115 km) Take the A4 towards Reims. Exit at Dormans / Montmort-Lucy (Exit 21). Follow the D3 towards Dormans. Then take the D386 towards Châtillon-sur-Marne. The village is perched on a hill, easily recognisable by the statue of Pope Urban II. Other major roads: From Reims: A4 towards Paris, exit Dormans (45 min). From Épernay: D3 via Damery and Cumières (30 min). From Château-Thierry: D3 towards Dormans, then D386 (40 min). 🚆 By train (to Dormans) Nearest station: Dormans station (7 km from Châtillon-sur-Marne). From Paris Gare de l'Est: TER line Paris-Châlons-en-Champagne / Reims Journey time: approximately 1h10 to 1h30 Regular trains during the week, less frequent at weekends. 🚕 Shuttle bus or taxi from Dormans station recommended (7 to 10-minute drive to Châtillon-sur-Marne). 🚌 By bus (limited) Regional network: Grand Est - Fluo Route 502: Dormans ↔ Épernay (possibility of a stop nearby). Not very frequent, timetables to be consulted on www.fluo.eu
