La réservation s'opère soit en ligne, soit en direct auprès de l'hébergeur. Chaque résident reçoit lors de sa réservation un contrat émis par l'hébergeur et géré l'Office de Tourisme. Muni de son plan d'accès, le vacancier se rend directement devant la porte d'entrée de son appartement et retire sa clé de la "boite à code" dont le code est indiqué en page 1 de son contrat. La mandataire locale de l'hébergeur (Chantal) lui rendra visite en soirée le samedi de son arrivée. Ses coordonnées figurent sur le contrat.
