Single-storey gite, adjoining the owners' secondary residence, at an altitude of 1150 m. Exceptional location and magnificent panoramic view, in the heart of the Sancy massif with its natural and cultural riches: wide variety of hikes, swimming at Lake Chambon (5 km), heritage visits, themed village festivals... Natural Valley Reserve from Chaudefour, St Nectaire, la Bourboule, Mont Dore, Super Besse nearby. Less than an hour away, Vulcania, the Puy de Dôme and the chain of Puys fault of Limagne listed as World Heritage by Unesco without forgetting Volvic, Clermont Ferrand ... Ideal place to unwind in a peaceful atmosphere. Accommodation for 4 people comprising a living room with American kitchen opening onto the private terrace, a lounge area, a shower room, 2 bedrooms (1 x 160 cm bed and 2 x 90 cm beds) and a separate WC. Possibility to rent sheets or duvet covers: €15/bed Possibility to rent towels: €7/pers. Tea towels and bath mats provided. Cleaning fee: €50 All household products provided except laundry detergent. Water consumption and 70 Kwh per week are included in the rental price: beyond the kWh will be charged at the current EDF rate (meter readings on arrival and departure)
