For nature lovers, this fully restored Nivernaise farmhouse "Le Crot Canard" with views over the countryside will welcome you to its 3-hectare rural setting near the hiking trails of the Bertranges forest, La Charité sur Loire and its priory, Guérigny and its Royal Forges, Prémery and the Morvan ponds, the Nièvre canal, etc. The ground floor is equipped to accommodate people with reduced mobility. A wheelchair or electric wheelchair can easily get around. The bedroom has a 1.40cm bed and a medical bed can be added. Italian-style shower with shower chair and raised WC with transfer bar.
