Very preserved coastal area, in the west of the Cotentin, which will satisfy nature lovers. Village located in the dunes (200 m from the sea). Semi-detached house. Stay. Kitchen (induction cooker, dishwasher). bedroom 1 on the ground floor (1 bed 160). shower room with toilet. FLOOR : Bedroom 2 (1 bed 140), Bedroom 3 (2 beds 90). Room 4 (1 bed 90). Baby bed and chair on request. Bathroom. wc. TV. Internet wifi for a fee. Shared washing machine and dryer for a fee (tokens). Electric heating in addition. Sheets and household linen not provided. Cleaning service in supplement (104€). Private enclosed courtyard. Terrace with garden furniture. Lounges. Barbecue. Animals accepted (supplement of 2,35€/day/pet). Arrivals are only possible between 4pm and 6:30pm. Deposit 200€. The tenants coming with an animal will be charged one hour of cleaning in case of non respect of the instructions of cleanliness (100€ in addition to the deposit).
