Independent villa of character, pleasantly located at 3 mn walk from Carteret town center and the marina. A very quiet enclosed garden facing South offers a splendid view over a park and the pond that borders it. Departure for the Channel Islands at 1 km during the summer season. On the ground floor: Beautiful and large and very bright space completely redone including a living room with television, wifi, a fitted kitchen (dishwasher, fridge, freezer compartment, electric oven) open onto a dining room and independent toilets. Upstairs: a bedroom with a 160 bed, another bedroom with a 140 bed and a last bedroom with a 90 bed. All rooms have a wardrobe or chest of drawers. Shower room with large shower, washbasin, towel warmer and wc. Washing machine. Electric heating. Sheets for rent. Optional cleaning service. Enclosed private landscaped garden. Garden furniture.
