Detailed Description: * On the ground floor, enjoy an open and fully equipped kitchen leading to a spacious living area, a bathroom with shower, sink, toilet, and a utility room with a washing machine and dryer. Upstairs, three bedrooms, two with double beds (140 cm) and one with two single beds (90 cm), a bathroom with a bathtub, two sinks, a towel radiator, and a separate toilet. Additional Amenities: * Private courtyard with plancha, table, chairs, loungers, a deck chair, and an umbrella. * Cycling path within 500 meters. * Bus stop and shuttle nearby. * Bath towels, dish towels, and hand towels provided. Optional Services: * Bed and bath linen rental (from €10 to €15). * End-of-stay cleaning package (€90).
