Rolf and Karen Kommer are the welcoming owners of Domaine de Boulède and Loft ô Village, located in Monflanquin, between the Lot and Dordogne rivers, in the southern Périgord region. Domaine de Boulède is a private hamlet perched on a hill, with panoramic views over the rolling countryside and the medieval village of Monflanquin, listed as one of the "Most Beautiful Villages in France". The estate comprises five spacious, lovingly restored gîtes, each with a covered terrace, well-equipped kitchen and comfortable living room. The accommodation can sleep from six to ten people, with two gîtes accessible to people with reduced mobility. The extensive grounds of three hectares offer two large fenced swimming pools, children's play areas and relaxation areas with hammocks. The Loft ô Village is a boutique-style flat in the heart of Monflanquin. Combining concrete, wood, metal and vintage elements, this space offers a warm, contemporary atmosphere. The 80 m² flat includes a living/dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms, a private bathroom and a terrace.
