Detached house with 6 bedrooms for up to 15 people on 2 levels with enclosed garden, in a peaceful hamlet 2 km from the town. Ground floor: living room with American kitchen (LV, MO), independent living room (TV, TNT, 3 double sofa beds), shower room, separate WC, utility room (LL). 1st floor: 4 bedrooms (3 single beds, 3 double beds, 2 baby beds), shower room and WC. 2nd floor: 2 bedrooms (2 double beds and 2 single beds). Central heating. Private enclosed outdoor area with garden furniture, barbecue and parasol, swings. 2 table football tables (1 for adults and 1 for children), table tennis table. Basketball sign. Wifi possible: check with the owners. The most: calm, privileged view. All shops, supermarket, tennis (1 outdoor court), 9-hole golf course 8 km away. Lake Vassivière 30 km away.
