Description

Come and enjoy a pleasant stay on the Côte de Lumière in an old fisherman's cottage in a quiet area of La Chaume. This charming, individually decorated semi-detached house, which can accommodate up to 4 people, has two carefully furnished bedrooms: the first is a master bedroom with a double bed (140cm), and the second has two single beds (80cm) that can be converted into a double bed (160cm). This rental also has a shower room, separate toilet, a mezzanine used as a reading/lounging area with sofa, a lounge-dining-kitchen area with all the necessary equipment and a flat-screen TV, and WIFi access. Bed linen is provided. Discover the landscaped garden with its large terrace accessible via a French window. Access to the beach and shops is a stone's throw from the house. The cleaning charge is €65. If you use the heating, a daily charge of 10 kWh is included in the rental price. Beyond that, the Kwhs will be billed. Meter readings are taken at the beginning and end of the stay. ANCV cheques accepted. Pets not allowed.
