Ceiling fan in the living area and mobile air freshener if required. Caretaker on site. Secure parking space in the residence. Direct access from the condominium to the beach. Just 40 steps away and the sea awaits you. Communal swimming pool, equipped with showers and toilets, paved around the perimeter in the heart of the palm trees. Nearby port, close to Perpignan, Collioure, Banyuls, Argelès, Canet, 38km from Spain. Electricity extra charge: meter reading on arrival and departure. Holiday vouchers accepted.
