Description

In all seasons, you can enjoy the comfort of this house for 2-5 people. The house is located in the countryside, in a peaceful, green setting just 3km from Douarnenez town centre and one minute from a shopping centre. The house has been awarded 3 keys (Clévacances). Its ideal location means you can take advantage of the beaches just 3.5km away and easily explore the west of the department (Pointe du Raz, Crozon peninsula, Pays Bigouden, Locronan, Quimper, Concarneau...). On the ground floor, you'll find a fully-equipped lounge/living room/kitchen. A fitted kitchen with base units, a fridge (freezer drawer), an oven, a 4-burner gas hob, a cooker hood, a dishwasher and a double sink. A set of electric coffee-maker, kettle, toaster, microwave oven, crockery and kitchen utensils. Laundry room with washing machine and separate WC. Upstairs, 2 bedrooms, 1 with a 160cm bed, the 2nd with 3 single beds. Bathroom and separate WC. We also have everything you need for a baby (cot, high chair, bath).
