We are a retired couple who have invested in this house on land that belonged to our family. We rent it out to share our beautiful region to the north of Brittany. It is situated in a small hamlet, but not isolated. We are 600m from the sea and 1.5km from the centre of the village, where you will find all the essential shops: bakery, chemist, grocer's, tobacconist, newspapers....For keen walkers, we are 600m from the GR34, which runs around Brittany. Pets are welcome as long as they don't run away, as the property is not enclosed.
