The property is located in the charming commune of Plouharnel, a small coastal village of 2,000 inhabitants, renowned for its surf beaches and sand yacht rides. All the essential shops (bakery, supermarket, pharmacy, crêperie, etc.) are close by. Just 3km away, discover Carnac, famous for its megaliths and magnificent sandy beaches. The seaside resort of Quiberon is just 14km away, with its lively atmosphere, seascapes and landing stages for Belle ile, Houat and Hoëdic. The Gulf of Morbihan, 30 minutes away, is a natural gem dotted with islands such as Ile aux moines, Arz and Illur, perfect for a day out. The town of Vannes, a must-see for its medieval charm and picturesque narrow streets, is nearby. Finally, Lorient, famous for its Interceltic Festival, is around 45 minutes from the house.
