In the mood for seaside and sea spray? Come and stay in this charming seaside resort on the Côte du Goëlo, in Saint Quay-Portrieux? This bright flat is located on the 2nd and top floor of a contemporary residence with lift, intercom and Vigik, with sea views, 200 m from the shops and 500 m from the beach. The flat comprises a living room (sofa bed, TV and stereo) with fitted kitchen; a separate bedroom with double bed (140cm) and 2nd TV; a large shower room with shower and WC (and private washing machine). Outside, there is a 10m² terrace with garden furniture and electric barbecue. There is a private garage for your vehicle. Pets welcome on request. We look forward to seeing you soon!
