Construite par le papa de l’actuelle propriétaire, cette maison confortable vous accueillera chaleureusement. Après une journée au grand air vous pourrez vous détendre dans cette maison totalement indépendante et située dans un quartier calme et résidentiel. Ici, on cultive les plaisirs simples comme se reposer avec un bon livre dans la véranda ouverte sur le grand jardin, faire un bouquet d'hortensias à mettre sur la table ou couper des aromatiques pour agrémenter le barbecue. Selon la saison (et si les oiseaux n'ont pas tout mangé) vous pourrez y picorer des framboises, des fraises des bois, des noisettes ou des pommes,Pas d'inquiétude pour les enfants , c'est "0 phyto" A Plérin, pourquoi ne pas prendre en verre en terrasse sur le port du légué ? manger un moule frites à Martin Plage ? passer une journée sur le sable des Rosaires? déambuler sur le marché dominical (il n'est qu'à 400m) pour faire le plein de bons produits ? Et pour ceux qui veulent en découvrir un peu plus, la maison est idéalement située à mi chemin entre la côte de granit rose à l'ouest (1h pour rejoindre Perros Guirec) et le cap Fréhel ou St Cast le Guildo à l'est (1h). Si vous ne les connaissez pas encore, vous pourrez même pousser jusqu'au Mont St Michel (1h15) ou St Malo (1h). Mais en Bretagne il n'y a pas que la mer, avez vous entendu parler de la vallée des Saints ou du lac de Guerlédan ?
