This independent traditional single-storey house of 97 m² for 4 people, with a large enclosed garden, is located between Lannion and Morlaix, 100m from all shops and 3.5km from a large sandy beach (with playground games) and 11km from the train station of Plouaret-Trégor (hight speed train). It consists of a living room with fireplace (wood available), a fitted kitchen, and two separate bedrooms with 1 bed of 140 each. A bathroom with bathtub. Two independents WCs. Outside, the house has a large shaded and enclosed garden with garden furniture, a barbecue, deckchairs and many outdoor games (trampoline, ping-pong, swing, bowling alley, bicycles available ...) . Possibility to park your vehicle in the enclosed yard. Equipment at your disposal: stereo, large screen TV in living room with DVD player and VCR, flat screen TV with DVD player and VCR in one of the rooms, microwave, oven, refrigerator with freezer area, washing machine, Tumble dryer, Dishwasher, Coffee maker. Plus: linen provided and beds made on arrival. Heating costs not included Pets allowed.

By car: the gîte is located at 10 rue des Écoles, 22300 Ploumilliau, in the market town. Ploumilliau lies between Lannion and Morlaix, making it easily accessible by car from the main roads in the area. By train: Lannion station is an SNCF railway station located at 1 avenue du Général de Gaulle, 22300 Lannion. It is around 9km from Ploumilliau, or around ten minutes by car. By TGV: Plouaret-Trégor station is another convenient option, particularly for travellers arriving by TGV. It is about 10 km by road from Ploumilliau. By bus: Ploumilliau is served by line 30 Lannion ↔ Morlaix. The "Église" stop in Ploumilliau is an easy way to reach Lannion or Morlaix by public transport. From Lannion station: there is a bus link between Gares in Lannion and Église in Ploumilliau, with a journey time of around 17 minutes. By plane: Lannion - Côte de Granit Rose airport is close by. Brest Bretagne airport is also one of the closest airports to the Lannion area. Good to know: Ploumilliau is located around 3.5 km from the coast, which also provides quick access to the beaches in the area.
