Garage with shower ( for beach returns ) , parking, terrace, garden furniture, deckchairs, barbecue, awning, baby equipment free. Quiet area, direct access to the beach 300m, port 500m, shops 1km. Free WIFI. Rental period: throughout the yea__r. Pets accepted after agreement with the owner. Charges included except between October 1er and April 27th (electricity meter reading). Weekend rental possible, outside school holidays: 150 € / night. pour les 2 ères nuits et 100 € pour la 3ème nuit_
