Erquy is approximately 21 to 24 km by road from Lamballe. A connection by coach or taxi is then required. By bus: Erquy is served by local transport services. The BreizhGo 2 route serves the coast, passing through Erquy. Timetables vary depending on the season. By bike: Erquy and the Cap area have cycle routes and mountain bike trails. The area is also part of the Vélomaritime cycle route.
