An equipped kitchen open to a large table and a living room, with generous volumes, make the living room a pleasant place for family meetings and meals with friends. The first floor is dedicated to bedrooms and bathrooms. Two large bedrooms share a bathroom. A dormitory room, with 4 small beds in a row, is extended by a private bathroom. The second floor will bring young and old together for a game of table football, billiards or a good movie! And of course, your rental is equipped with an Internet connection. This charming cottage has beautiful interior volumes and has a quality exterior environment. In summer, you will enjoy taking your meals on the large south-facing terrace. While savoring grilled meats prepared on the barbecue, you will see the highest point of the department: the Plomb du Cantal! Did you forget the bread? The Garabit site, and its famous viaduct, is one of the gateways to the Truyère gorges. Gustave Eiffel's work was built to unite the two banks of the Truyère. This iron giant, 564 meters long and 122 meters high, was completed in 1884. Listed as a historical monument, the viaduct will arouse your admiration. The creation of the Garabit-Grandval and Lanau dam lakes gave birth to islands and peninsulas, narrow gorges... These picturesque and verdant places permtry to indulge in the pleasures of water. The Garabit Mallet leisure base, on the Cheylé peninsula, offers a remarkable natural setting for practicing water activities: canoeing, kayaking, dinghy sailing, windsurfing, pedal water, paddleboarding...
