Two bedroom cottage in own enclosed garden situated in the heart of Perros-Guirec, with all mods and cons. Enclosed garden to the front and secured court yard to the rear with parking space for up to two cars. The cottage is situated in a quiet residential area, 600 metres from the town centre, 800 metres from the harbour and 1.2 km from sandy beaches. On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen opening on to a living/sitting room, a bathroom with W.C.On the first floor there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and built in wardrobes, another with two single beds and built in wardrobes; a shower room with W.C. Outside there are garden furniture, a BBQ and an enclosed area for bicycles. No animals allowed. The cottage is situated in the heart of 'Côte de granit rose' with easy access to the coastal path 'sentier des douaniers' 800m away, from where one may reach the beautiful site of Ploumanac'h and the Granite Chaos, one of the most beautiful walks of the region, with an exceptionally beautiful flora and fauna. Visit the beach of Trestraou, the sailing school, the Thalasso, the archipellago of the 7 isles where one can find the largest colony of gannets in Europe and spot seals in the wild during certain periods. This is a magnificent region to discover.
