Built on one level, the house has its own entrance and a private courtyard enclosed by a gate, where you can park your car. At the rear, you’ll enjoy the enclosed garden of around 50 m² and the covered terrace, furnished with garden furniture and a barbecue: a lovely space for al fresco dining and making the most of sunny days. 🏡 A practical and comfortable house The house features a cosy living area combining the kitchen, dining area and lounge. The property also has two separate bedrooms: - Bedroom 1: a double bed (140 × 190 cm). - Bedroom 2: a double bed (140 × 190 cm) and a single bed (90 × 190 cm). A shower room and a separate toilet complete the layout. To make your stay more comfortable, you’ll also have access to handy facilities, including a television, a radio, a DVD player, a fridge with a freezer compartment, a microwave and a coffee machine.
