Between lake and mountain, at 5 minutes from the lake of Serre-Ponçon and 15 minutes from the resort of Réallon in the Haute-Alpes, this apartment of 70 m2 in a detached house is a nice estate of contemporary mountain habitat. It has two independent bedrooms, a living room with sitting room, dining area, open plan kitchen, and a beautiful sanitary area. A large south-west facing balcony allows you to enjoy meals outdoors. The house is surrounded by a large plot of land (3600 m2) with natural lawn and wild flowers. Garden furniture, a small wooden house for children, swings complete the facilities.
