Set in a quiet, well-exposed 300m² enclosed garden, the house comprises a kitchen and lounge/living room with fireplace, 3 bedrooms including 2 bunk beds (90cm) and 2 single beds (140cm), shower room and separate toilet. Enclosed private parking for one car and enclosed bicycle shed. Small dogs accepted with prior agreement from the owner. In season, free shuttle bus to Noirmoutier en l'île and cycle paths nearby.
