Description

Situated on the banks of the Jeune Autize, on the Pilgrim's Way to Santiago de Compostela and the Vendée Vélo route, this gîte is ideal for nature lovers, with direct access to the river for anglers. It comprises a living room with a sitting area with a BZ (possibility of sleeping 2 people), a bedroom with a double bed (140cm) and a shower room with toilet. A 15 m² covered area with garden furniture overlooks the river via an unfenced garden. Fishing pontoon - fishing hut - canoeing lake - cycle paths and footpaths nearby. - Situated on a farm. Small dogs and cats accepted subject to conditions to be agreed with the owner. Weekend rate: €60 per night (mid-season).
