Description

The cachet of this completely renovated stone house will charm you. It welcomes you in a beautiful green setting in ARLEBOSC. You can rest in the shade of the lime tree on the large terrace in the middle of the green countryside. On the ground floor you have a large living room with fitted kitchen, dining area and reading area with 2 sofas, a master bedroom with a 140cm bed, baby bed with bars and a wall cupboard, a second bedroom with 2 90cm beds and a closet, a bathroom with shower and bathtub and a separate toilet. Upstairs a mezzanine overlooking the living room with a 120cm bed, a sofa and an armchair and the television. You will have an unobstructed view of the Doux valley. In September-October come and enjoy picking porcini mushrooms. You have 4 to 5 beds

If you arrive from ANNONAY follow LAMASTRE on the D578 through QUINTENAS, ST JEURE D'AY, LES CLOTS, always towards LAMASTRE then ARLEBOSC go through the village and at the sign ARLEBOSC barré turn left down the track and after maison pierres turn left down a grassy track (do not go towards the grey gate) a large meadow is waiting for you to park in. If you are coming from TOURNON follow LAMASTRE then COLOMBIER LE VIEUX then ARLEBOSC then at the entrance sign take the path on the right and go GENTLY down the path and after maison pierres take the grassy path on the left (do not go towards the grey gate) a large meadow awaits you where you can park. If you arrive by ST AGREVE follow LAMASTRE then ARLEBOSC then at the entrance sign take the path on the right and go GENTLY down the path and after maison pierres take on the left the grassy path (do not go towards the grey gate) a large meadow is waiting for you to park.
