Someone, in this case the residence concierge, will welcome you, hand you the keys on arrival and check the state of the flat before you leave. From time to time, I may go up to St Lary myself to welcome you. You should call the concierge a few days in advance to give her your approximate arrival time, and she will ask you to call her when you are about 1/2 hour from St Lary (i.e. when you are near Lannemezan).

The residence is very easy to find. It is at the entrance to St Lary on the main street. There is a car park around the residence. There are no barriers or gates. When you arrive, all you have to do is call the concierge and she'll come and welcome you and hand you the keys.

I'm now retired, and I've known St Lary for a long time (since I was a little girl). I don't live in St Lary, it's a 2-hour drive to get there, but if I need to, I'm very responsive. This flat is my second home, it's not just a seasonal rental, so I try to equip it properly so that holidaymakers feel at home.
