The advantages of the accommodation
Description
House with garden on the borders of Lot and Aveyron Renovated house for which we wanted to keep the original character. Located in a peaceful and green hamlet a few kilometers from Figeac. You can discover nearby the Lot Valley (fishing, hiking, prehistoric cave of Foissac) and the bastides of Rouergue (pretty village of character in Villeneuve, Villefranche de Rouergue). We will offer you many discoveries of the region. Location: Ground floor: Living room with sitting area (TV, DVD player, convertible BZ for extra sleeping 2 people), modern independent fully equipped kitchen (microwave, oven, induction hob, dishwasher), 1 bedroom (140 cm bed) ) and private bathroom with a large shower and WC, separate WC. Upstairs, under the roof: Alcove with 1 double bed. Room with extra sleeping 2 pers (2 single beds). Shower room with shower and WC. Basement: washing machine Outside: Enclosed and flowered garden with raspberry trees and covered terrace. Garden furniture, sunbathing. Private parking in the courtyard and possibility to park a vehicle outside

As we don't live on site, we leave you in total peace; as you wish. And there you have it ... Come to think of it: we accept pets (in limited numbers, if possible not too noisy) at no extra charge. So far, dog owners have left the gîte and grounds clean.
